Street Team The M-NCPPC Xtreme Teens Street Team believes that kids, are part of the community. That’s why we work hard to strengthen relationships between young people and the communities they live in, helping to get young people involved with leadership, peer-to-peer marketing and recreation and service learning. The Street Team is made up of a diverse group of teenagers and young adults ages 12-24 who represent the youth voice of Prince George’s County and promote Xtreme Teens and Pre-Teens programs and activities. We help the Department of Parks and Recreation Youth Services staff come up with fresh ideas for marketing youth programs. We attend developmental workshops to improve leadership, social, networking and marketing skills. And we develop our own service-learning projects. To join, you have to be a resident of Prince George’s County between the ages of 12 and 24, and you have to complete a Street Team application.
