The Leadership AcademyFocus: Interpersonal Relationships, Team Work and Team BuildingThis block will help you learn about your own leadership traits – including how to use them to become a leader in your community and how to build better relationships with adults and peers. You’ll also learn to identify ways to work through conflict and find peaceful resolutions. Tomorrow? This block introduces useful techniques to help you set realistic goals, use your time wisely, and commit to your volunteer position and future job placements. Take this session personally!
