- Xtreme Teens/Pre-Teens: Open Gym & Roller Skating
Teen Centers Summer Playgrounds (for kids 6-12) and Xtreme Teens Centers (for teens 13-17) are fun, drop-in recreation programs available at more than 100 participating school sites and M-NCPPC facilities throughout Prince George’s County each summer. These are less structured than the day camps – once you’re registered, you’re free to come and go during the day and to attend some days and not others. The best part is you can sign up for as many day camp sessions as you want, then mix in a few weeks of playgrounds or teen centers whenever you feel like it. No matter what you choose, it’ll definitely be a summer to remember! Xtreme Teens Centers and Summer Playgrounds operate Mondays - Fridays from June 28 until August 6. Hours vary at each site. The fee is $40 per person, whether he/she attends six hours a day for all six weeks, or select days and times only. Optional field trips and special events may be offered for additional fees.
